How often do you cook on it in comparison to your other kettles?  If you could have only one grill, which would you choose?

I cooked on it pretty regularly through the winter months due to convenience, and parked it on April 12th when I upgraded some parts.  I’ve been having fun with other grills since the weather has been nice… either my Glen Blue 26” or the Summit would be my choice if I had to choose only one.

Thanks!  It had the weekend off while I experimented with other grills, but it’ll be back in the rotation very soon.

Beautiful Summit Kamado you have there. I was tempted to pull the trigger, but found a good used Perfomer that I'm using now. I may jump to this level one day.

Thanks..... I would never have paid retail for one of these, found a deal about an hour and a half south of me for about 1/3 the price of new (1st generation).  I've put some parts and work into it to keep it like new and it's truly the "Cadillac" of my collection.

If I had to some how only have 1 grill, the summit would be it.  It is an amazing grill

Agree, it works perfectly and has so many set up options.  Wish it was Made in Glen Blue…. If I won the lottery, I’d buy a couple brand new ones and have Independence Porcelain coat one in Glen Blue and one in Classic Yellow.
