I was in the local Save-A-Lot & found this :
a "Caldero" a South American round bottomed stock pot.
They come in many sizes, widths & depths & I'm thinking this will be my new smoke diffusion/water pan, for the 22" Cajun Bandit smoker/stacker, replacing the existing flat alloy plate & foil containers. The one I bought has an all aluminum construction so I could even use the lid if I needed to.
Prices vary with size but we're talking $12~30 here.
