Marinated flank and ribeye

Both marinated in soy, Worcestershire, olive oil, and a little lemon juice for twenty minutes. Then patted dry and seasoned with kosher salt and fine black pepper.

This application is an excellent use of GrillGrates.

It did!  I prefer a brief marinade time so it adds flavor without being overpowering.  The family really liked these.

Thank you. It’s hard to tell but I have string tied around the ribeyes so they kept their shape and cooked evenly.  A fun easy trick to keep them pretty during a high heat sear.
