18" CB Stacker

Added this over the weekend.  Perfect for getting ribs away from the bottom.  Big Thanks to BBQ Bob for the Weber Hanger.  Father's Day Ribs.

Not tried yet; but I recently purchased the Hunsaker Vortex Plate to cover the Charcoal Grate on my WSM 18" "Classic" which should help to control the heat.

That would be nice but not necessary. I hang ribs all the time without a stacker or plate. They turn out great.
