Still needs some wood handles but it’s time for this beauty to start paying dividends - brined some legs last night and prepped some burger patties.
Storms this morning threw the whole day off.
Then the sun came out - beautiful day. Got my work done and was ready for dinner. Then the sun went behind the clouds & it got windy - yeah......like that’ll stop me from cooking.
Bonus.......my new BBQ Vortex came in yesterday.
I think that’s how this works.
Cookity......cookity......cookity.
Legs finishing up - moved wood chunks and seared some burgers.
While the other 1/2 cooked up some mushrooms & onions, I cheesed the burgers & hit the legs with some Kosmos Chili Lime dust.
