Thanksgiving on the 18” WSM
« on: November 30, 2018, 11:26:12 AM »
Happy Holidays everyone! Thought I’d share my cook from Thanksgiving with you. Did a 12 lb Turkey [emoji884] Not brined but rubbed with Weber Brown Sugar Dry Rub and basted with melted butter throughout the cook. On top rack had a 9lb Prime Rib Roast dr rubbed with Tuscan Spice by Tone. Used a combination of Pecan and Cherry buried under Weber Briquettes...it was Fantastic! Hope all my brothers and sisters had a very blessed Thanksgiving! GrillOn! SmokeOn! Cheers [emoji482]

Love the look of that prime rib
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
