Sirloin on the 26, seared for 60 seconds a side over screaming hot coals, then the fat side. Moved indirect after. First time not reverse searing for a while, I think I prefer this way

Looks wonderful Tommie!  Love the looks of that 26er and appreciate that you are protecting that gorgeous finish by using the SNS.
