Chopped steaks with sautéed mushroom gravy....Keto friendly with loaded cauliflower casserole.... Man this was good.  Haven't cooked on the Q2200 in quite some time.  Awesome little cooker.  We are doing this again for sure.

My brother is on vacation in Cedar Key, Florida this week. It's always great to meetup with family.

It's a 50 mile drive to Cedar Key from my house. I took him shrimping after work today and cast netted two gallon of fresh gulf shrimp.

Dinner was grilled shrimp, oven baked redfish and Sam's club beef fillets.

My brother is on vacation in Cedar Key, Florida this week. It's always great to meetup with family.

Grilling solo today, so it's a thick cut sirloin, salt and pepper, cooked on the junior (I know it's not a Weber) hot and fast over B&B lump and a cherry chunk, paired with Spanish sangria. Doesn't look like much, but it was tasty!
