Marinated skirt steak, peppers and onions (again) on the Summit.  This was so good a couple weeks back, Kellee requested it again.

Looking good Greg.
What no flour tortillas? They're probably not keto friendly I'm guessing?
Funny thing is we got carb friendly tortillas, just tossed them in the cart at the store.  Got them out last night and they have 15g of carbohydrates each!  That's like drinking 15 Mich Ultras.... Decided to pass.  Lost 4 lbs so far!  Also inside skirt steak is our new favorite.... I marinate in olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, minced garlic and lime juice.  Awesome flavor.....

Researched total carbs v/s net carbs and it turns out the tortillas will be diet friendly.  Lunch today with the leftovers!

It's definitely a task counting good and bad carbs,  we have found a few decent low carb tortillas

There are quite a few out there.  We enjoyed cinnamon bread this morning made with almond flour sweetened with a monk fruit derivative and sausage patties.  Best breakfast I've had in a while and nice to get away from eggs.  I'm so tired of them.  Enjoy your time in the mountains.  My sister and brother in law live in Ellijay.... nice area.

Not a Weber but have been messing around with this PK grill I got for super cheap. Fire roasted salsa and boneless ribeye for some fancy tacos.

Using the Vintage 26" rotisserie that came with my aristocrat for the first time  to try one of the Weber recipes

Edit: Not my favorite Bird skin didn't crisp up maybe next time I'll try to dry off the marinade. It was kind of sweet for me
