Your thick cut chops look great Tim! You can’t beat a mangers special either .. win win

As a child my mother & grandmothers pan fried 3/16” thick chops and overcooked them.  As an adult I enjoy thick cut (1” to 1-1/2”) chops

I’ll have to try it with fillet tails.

We’re looking forward to sharing a libation (or five) with you and your wife on the island in June.

Thanks Robert!  This was my first time trying filets for fajitas as well.  We got a nice size pack of filets at Costco a couple weeks ago and each steak is large enough for for us to split for a meal.  I decided to try one for fajitas since the first one was so tender and tasty.  Also first time cutting a filet in half horizontally which seemed very odd to me... We had enough for us and some for doggie too and they were melt in your mouth tender.

We're looking forward to our beach fun too and meeting up with you guys for a hooter brown and some oysters.  As far as Beaux, we're still thinking it over carefully.  He requires a lot of structure and management so we're discussing options.....

Company employee appreciation lunch for 180 employees today.

I grilled 216 hamburgers and 200 hot dogs this morning on my WRK.  ZERO beers, I’m parched lol

I was busy and only snapped two pictures of the cook.

Awesome! We are returning to Anna Maria Island this summer. I think that might become home away from home for us.
