Thanks. I love cooking outdoor and trying to do traditional indoor items other ways. Matt Cannady (inkaddictedchef1) and his grill therapy videos were inspiring for me. I also like Allthingsbbq.com and chef Eric at Kamado Joe.
Btw, frying on a kettle is cool but can be difficult to keep temps down The fire gets too much air with the lid off. For small quick pieces, it’s fine. I really like the Genesis for frying chicken.
