Pork Tenderloin, rubbed down with some adams rub, and hit with a little bit of creole butter...
2 Holmes Smokehouse smoked sausages. One beef, the other pork. And a pack of Eckridge Farms Kielbasa... My wife insisted. Not my favorite for sure.
And I am going to just placeholder this because, well I can't find the photo, but I KNOW it is around somewhere... Turkey breast with Canjun Butter injection, and a rack of ribs...
