Busy day.
Got a late start.
But I figure I can eat these over the next couple of days.
Started them out folded in the rib rack - after 2 hours laid them flat to finish - 1 rack with salt, pepper, garlic, onion - 1 rack with pepper, garlic, and a heavy dose of Oakridge Dominator plus a light sprinkle of cayenne.
