Smallest Packer Brisket I’ve Ever Seen

I was at Costco yesterday checking out the briskets and I saw the smallest packer brisket I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was just a flat, but after closer inspection I saw a flat and a point. It made me a little sad to think of the tiny cow this came from. Didn’t stop me from buying it. Just have the figure out how long this little guy will take.

I was even told they wouldn't order me a case.

We go over about once a month to go to Total Wine.

Our Walmart has packers but they are usually high priced and USDA select.  $6/pound. 

I would not go below choice personally.   

Our Costco has USDA prime packers for $3.29/ pound.  Great price for prime.
