So my neighbors got out their Weber last night....

We had some things going on last night that we came home kind of late. Coming down the block I noticed my neighbors all more or less standing around their Weber kettle... roasting marshmallows!

It has never occurred to me to roast marshmallows on a charcoal grill, but you know, it makes perfect sense!

That reminds me... I have one of these that I picked up at HD a couple of years ago on clearance for a couple of bucks. Haven't taken it out of the box yet.  I'll have to dig it up and see if I like it better than just putting marshmallows on a stick.

One of my (and my wife's) favorite grilling memories was on July 4th years ago at our old place in Goleta with my brother visiting, walking 5 minutes away to watch the fireworks, then walking back home and roasting marshmallows on my old black 22.

Roasting marshmallows on the Weber is a good time. You can do it on any size kettle too. Use wood for best effect.
