Chuck pieces were about 2.5-3lb each it took about 5hrs (4hr unwrapped)
I did had difficulties holding the temp, at some point it reached to 340-350. Did close vents (top cracked open and bottoms around half... this was my first cook so I still need to play with this MOD to find the sweet spot.
Still, had fun and food was good, no complaints from the familia ;)
