@swamprb I need to get better at smoking bacon. How long do you smoke these for, what temp, and what do you smoke with?
I used the Pellet Poopin WSM with Pacific Pellets Gourmet blend with a 6” AMT loaded with Apple chips. Smoked using the Pellet Pro PID controllers Smoke feature for 2 hours then let them roll at 180* for another 2 hours until they reached 160* internal, bumping the temp up to 250*. Love the convenience of this Cooker!
