Breaking in the Cajun Bandit

I tried a variation on the Pepper Stout Beef recipe last year to break in the Performer and Cajun Bandit. Lots of room, that's for sure!!

Great photos!!!

Food looks fantastic too.

Did you just get the bandit? Everytime I look, they're out of stock...

No, I got it last Fall. The Performer was a birthday gift from my wife and got the CB myself as an answer to big cooks when the whole family showed up.

I don't remember a stock problem but I do remember Chris being great to work with.

Yeah, Chris is incredible.
The first time we spoke on the phone, we chatted about things for over an hour. And I HATE talking on the phone!!!
Chris is just friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Nice food! Kudos on the camerawork too! I know it's the photographer and not the camera but what are ya using?

Those were taken with a Nikon D700 using a 24-120mm f/4 lens.

And don't kid yourself, the camera helps a lot!  :)

I hear ya, got the same camera! Some people get all fussy when you complement the camera and not the photographer, or the grill and not the cook!
