The guys working there hardly even looked at it. I was there 30 minutes before opening. They were busy stocking the cabinets. After the pictures we put it back in the van and waited for the store to open. I had hoped to meet the owner. But I never saw him.

I think it was made  69-71
It shows up in the 1971 catalog.
Most call it the Meat cut.

I suspect that it could be that they were working.... at work.
