Meat Cut

So. Here goes post #1K

I was at work. I was working and my phone was on top of the machine i was repairing. Normally I would have been at lunch by this time but I wanted to get finished working on the section of the machine that I was on before changing out of my dirty clothes to go to lunch. My wife sends me a message but because of the other printing presses in the room are running I do not hear it. I thought that maybe I heard it but my hands were filthy and I did not want to touch my phone. I figured I would see it at lunch.
So 25 minutes later at lunch I look at it.

Holy shit!

My wife sends me a meat kettle and I wait to read the message. Smh!

I tell her that we want that.

So she sends the seller a message telling the seller we are interested.

Interested.... What? The understatement of the year.

So the seller gets back to her and tells her that she was the first person to contact her and that she could have it. My wife explained that she had to wait for my other daughter to get home from school and she would not be able to come for an hour and half. Needless to say I have a lunch in front of me that I can't eat. Staring at my phone waiting to hear back from my wife. I wanted to leave work early but I would have only been there a half an hour sooner. So I decided to let it take it's course.

I get a text as I am walking out the door at work.

"Got it. It's filthy but I got it. ☺"

That was the longest ride home from work ever. I pull into the driveway and along side the garage is this

These are the before pictures.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

AWESOME!  That's probably my #1 unattainable favorite grill!  That's what, the second in the club?  3rd known?

That's how you do a 1000th post! Nice work @Kneab 's wife and congratulations to you both! That is one hell of a great story and keeper of a cooker! I'd love to find a meat grill someday myself. Awesome!
