Forum PM limit reached

Mods,

When trying to reply via PM to a user I get a message that the PM cannot be sent to a different user than the one I'm replying to.  I try again and then I'm told I've reached the 25 messages per hour limit.  I have not sent any messages this morning that I'm aware of unless my account was hacked.

Hi, have you tried again recently? It's been a couple of days and I haven't heard of any other issues.
