Chicken enchiladas

Basically took my wife's chicken enchilada recipe and Weberized it. Cooked chicken breasts, then shredded them, mixed with cheeses and other stuff, then grilled the enchiladas. Served with jalapeno popper and a Mexican pasta salad (featuring cilantro from the garden and pureed avocado).
Gave each enchilada a little char over direct heat. Mrs. SmokeVide and daughters thought these were better than oven-baking.
