Mushrooms, chicken and fruit.

Saturday's dinner was chicken fillets topped with red onion, pineapple, bacon and provolone cheese. Bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms. Skewered some pineapple, strawberries and blueberries ice cream after dinner.

Prepped
 
A reminder to myself why I don't invite my insurance man over for dinner.
Waiting on bacon.

Wrapped mushrooms, chicken and pineapple on.
Waiting...
Added onions.
Adding color and grill marks.
Assembly.
Plated.
Fruit on!
The blueberries were amazing.

The mushrooms are stuffed with a mix of cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, minced garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce and Valentina hot sauce. Or whatever is close that I have available. I also use this same mix with the stuffed jalapeņos. Any leftovers get used for a pretzel dip.
