I had to stop at our local bike shop, a little place with a real nice twenty something that owns it. The access is a one way that you drive in and park off to the side. I noticed a Weber kettle (we all do it) and take a longer peek at it as I drive past. A quick calculation puts it at a mid 70's kettle. As we finish up the transaction I ask him about it and where he got it. He says, "Well, we needed to make some hot dogs after our gravel grinder ride. That was at my grandpa's place I moved into and I figured I'd use it here." I did let him know that it may disappear at some point. It looked to be in good shape from 20' away.
Too bad people just don't know about what they have. Hopefully he'll pull it aside to make sure it doesn't walk away or get damaged.
