@HoosierKettle

let me know if you can see these.

Also, have you tried green beans in the basement?  I was thinking those might be good. Maybe fresh garden beans.

Yeah those come up fine....wish I could figger what I need to fix to see the iPhone, etc. pics so folks don't have to do things differently just on my account...

Green beans.....yep....

Ham base, beer brown sugar, bacon, etc.

The times I've done these have been on the cook grate...slightly more delicate , but they do have bacon..........

This one is for 1buckie. I think he was the first one I saw cooking in the basement extensively.

I posted this a few years ago. Some things never change.

This is a live cook tonight. Just went on.

Homemade rub of sugar smoked paprika homemade dehydrated chili’s black pepper crushed with mortar and pestle garlic powder Tony’s kosher salt.

Beans are two cans of kings ford bbq beans my wife bought and are tasteless on their own, 1 large can of pintos, sweet baby rays, smoked sausage, brown sugar, Tony’s and probably a couple things I forgot. Beans are a pantry raid of what I have.
