Giving the nephew a little learnin'

One of my nephews is coming over shortly for some football watchin' and a lesson in baby back rib cookin' on the Weber kettle. If things go well, he might just take a kettle back home with him...

Got the copper Performer ready to go (the green machine is on duty holding the charcoal baskets from the Performer):



My other grilling partner is also on duty - but mainly waiting for rib bones and any trimmings that may need to be done...



The high for today is predicted at 45 deg, probably the coldest I've done a low n slow. Beautiful day, though. More pics later, if I remember to take them.
