We all love seeing how new life can be breathed into the most derelict, neglected and unloved kettles. OK, not a kettle but just finished these wheels today.  00 steel wool, CLR, Vinegar, Baking Soda and lots of masking tape.  Not the greatest but definitely better then before.

Thanks!  I look at it as a protection barrier.  Not easy taking it off though, especially around lid vent area.  Took my time as I did not want to scratch the vent or the Green porcelain finish.
