Update. Second cook on southwest disc ( chicken stir fry )

Chicken stir fry for the second cook. Did the same amount of charcoal I used for the fajitas. About 15 lit on top of 15 unlit used coals. Disc was outstanding again. This stir fry was excellent. Took some better pics of the gap between bowl and disc to show how much air flow there is. Cooked up veggies first with some olive oil then pushed to outside edge. Then chicken with some olive oil until cooked. Then combined all together and mixed in stir fry mix ( some stir fry packet the girlfriend picked up ). Served over rice, and this was excellent. This disc is just awesome, I love it.
