Going in for a second submission. I actually have a 3rd but it wasn't anything special.
Here in New Jersey and the surrounding states we have a very special meat called Pork Roll or Taylor Ham. It's the same thing, just different names by region. Most times people eat it for breakfast on a hard roll with egg and cheese. Almost everyone gets salt, pepper and ketchup on it. Go to any diner and they will have it. I enjoy it more than bacon. It's the best meat ever. 2 years ago I sent it to
@Craig for the secret Santa. Here is more info on it.

http://jerseyporkroll.comMade a few 1/4 lbs smashed burgers and cut the pork roll so it cooks flat. If you don't do that it curls up on you.
Got the grill going with 1/2 a chimney in my baskets.
Burgers and pork roll on.
Pork roll is cooking fast, I like it a little over cooked, makes it nice and crispy.
Burgers getting flipped.
Getting that cast iron warmed up.
And egg in a mason jar ring so it's nice and round.
Getting that bun toasted
Missed the finishing shot on the grill melting the cheese. Here it is coming off on the plate.
Gotta put some salt pepper and ketchup on it, there is no other way.
One last shot before I finish this thing.
This is a Jersey Burger, please if you are ever in the area, skip the cheesesteaks in philly, they are overrated and get yourself into a diner, a bagel shop, or a convenience store and get some of this glorious meat.
