4 Kettles and a Drum

On Sunday i fired up 4 of my Kettles and my UDS, to cook up some ribs and some chickens, oh and the rib tips over baked beans!  Unforunitly i took few finished pictures :'( It was all good tho!



Wanted: 18" Platinum any color will work
This is my Kettle there are many like it but this one is mine......

Looks great! I've never fired up that many of my units at one time. Biggest group I ever cooked for was brats and burgers for a club picnic of about 60. They didn't all come at once and I kept up with my Silver A. (2 burner propane.) I think you could have fed more with your spread.
kettles, smokers...

Looks like you had your hands full!  Most I've ever had going was 3 at once.

Two of the chickens went to my Mother and Mother in law, the rest is for the week!

Bang up job, Ron!  Love your setup there.

 The great thing about this site is every time someone shows their kettles, there is something for me to be jealous about and perv at.   8)

Good Deal, Ron !!!

It works for a lot of things you want to go a bit longer & lower heat with,
but also like 325° chicken will work fine.......

I still foul up on smaller rib cooks by getting it going too hot sometimes
