4 Kettles and a Drum

On Sunday i fired up 4 of my Kettles and my UDS, to cook up some ribs and some chickens, oh and the rib tips over baked beans!  Unforunitly i took few finished pictures It was all good tho!

Looks great! I've never fired up that many of my units at one time. Biggest group I ever cooked for was brats and burgers for a club picnic of about 60. They didn't all come at once and I kept up with my Silver A. (2 burner propane.) I think you could have fed more with your spread.

It works for a lot of things you want to go a bit longer & lower heat with,
but also like 325° chicken will work fine.......

I still foul up on smaller rib cooks by getting it going too hot sometimes
