Stuffed Burgers

Thought I'd give these dished out burgers a try. Inspired by Winz and Sixfourzero's posts. Made the dished out patties then filled the dish with sautéed mushrooms onions and bacon then topped with cheese near the end. Smoked over indirect for about 1.5 hours.

Lumpy - you took it too a whole new level! Those look fantastic.
I think this technique is so much better than piling stuff onto a regular patty, only to have it all slide off as you eat it.
I bet you got rave reviews from your guests.
