Was lucky enough to cookout everyday this weekend! Friday-quick planed salmon, Saturday-visited my old 18 ots that lives at a friend's and did some steaks, and tonight chicken breast.
Started with the left over coals from Fridays cook. This is what was left over from a full chimney of Coshell and about 30 mins. of cooking.
Lit up about 1/2 of a chimney and added it to the mix (sorry blurry pic)

Chicken after the flip. Marinated in honey, balsamic vinegar and garlic
Plated up with a quinoa, avocado, tomato, spinach salad. Super good and super healthy!
