I dunno, Buckie. I think it may be overkill to fire up grill to heat up fish sticks for my 3 year old daughter.
My target temp was 325, and I was able to keep it between 325 and 350 pretty much the whole time. I used apple wood for the smoke. I thought hickory, the only other wood that I had, might be a bit too heavy for turkey.
Heh. Alright, I'll bite. So do you thaw before you throw them on? And would you cook direct or indirect? Ha!!
