Chicken experiment

Just trying something different. At least for me. I was tired of staring at the frozen chicken thighs in the freezer so I decided to thaw them out and place them in the paella pan over a bed of sweet potatoes, corn, and carrots. Just started. I’ll update when it’s finished.

Turned out great. The sweet potatoes and carrots didn’t get crispy at all but they were fully cooked and loaded with flavor. Corn was awesome. Chicken had crispy skin and was tender. Overall I give it a 7.5 out of 10. I would make it again.

It’s hard to make the inside of a chicken thigh look appetizing lol

Good! Busy at work but I’ve still been grilling a few times a week.

Well, it definitely looks like at least an 8.5. Tasted great I’ll bet.
