Pork chops on the midget
« on: November 05, 2017, 07:24:19 AM »
Went and did some shopping on Saturday bought 20 lbs of pork shoulder @.99 per pound, 5lbs of pork shops, 10lbs of chicken wings, 10lbs of chicken legs, and ground beef 10lbs. Stocking up for winter football get togethers.

Used the vacuum sealer to separate the meats into portions and while I was doing that I marinated some of the pork chops in Stubbs Pork Marinade. About 5 hours or so go by and start up the midget Weber I bought from @lightingboldtz ...
