Wow! Looks great! Next time maybe some baked beans under the "Dino Bones"?

They didn't drip all that much. Beans would have dried out.
Still need a 22” yellow

Damn Dude. Those do look good.

Spotted some honkin' beef ribs at one of the Asian supermarkets in town a few weeks ago. Nice amount of well marbled meat on the bone that they usually cut up thin for Korean bbq but also have whole in slabs. Those slabs got me thinking about cooking on one of the Kettles. I gotta git to it.
