BBQ Sauce

Ive finally decided to get serious about a bbq sauce recipe. Mostly because when I cook for people they want to put sauce on everything and the commercial ones are too sweet. Heres a pic:

There are lots of recipes that can be found online. One I enjoy is Big Daddy's Carolina style BBQ sauce. If you haven't tried mustard style sauces you should. I use it on pulled pork (and need to make a batch!)

What's your recipe?
kettles, smokers...
