I bought these as ribs, and cooked them as such. But they aren't the traditional ribs that you would grab the bone and gnaw at. More a roast....

Still, very happy with the result. And the sides were very well received.

Fine looking feast there. I am no butcher but I think the ribs have a layer of pork belly still attached....everything be better with bacon.

Those look great! I was thinking like MrHoss, looks like these were some spares with the belly left on, oh how I wish I could find some racks like that! Yours look perfect!

I used to live in Baton Rouge. That's where the main campus of LSU is. I "dated" a girl that went there. She was fun but it didn't work out. ...and the. Hurricane Katrina happened and hurricane Rita right after.  I decided to get my Texas ass out of Louisiana shortly after that.

I have some blood in the game down there so to speak and seeing gold and purple in Australia caught me off guard. Lol
