Looking for recipe
« on: January 04, 2020, 11:14:41 AM »
Good day,

i just trimmed the bones from a ribeye roast.  the bones have quite a bit of meat on them. Any recipes out there? I was thinking of a 1 hr cook in foil on my gasser followed by a charcoal smoke finish.

Thanks

I’ve cooked them similar to pork ribs.  Low n slow for a few hours to get color and bark.  Wrap it foil thereafter to get them tender.  For rub, spg is just fine. Mild smoke if that’s your pleasure.
