Pre Fourth Porterhouse

The wife found a killer deal on steaks.  Found some t-bones that probably should have been labeled porterhouse.  Cooked them on my copper with the Royal Oak Briquettes I got from wally world.  Like it!  It's cool that it sparks like lump and lights quickly.  Steaks turned out awesome.  Served with sauteed mushrooms and a caprese salad.
