The Italian job

We are renting a pretty awesome house outside of Sorrento on the coast of Italy. Last night I made dinner on the little BBQ. Sausages and pork ribs, then zucchini and eggplant.

Wow that is neat. Looks like ceramic insulated box with adjustable cooking grate.

So nice we did it twice. Random beef/calf parts, salsiccia, peppers and this most amazing cheese.
The butcher shops were fun, especially when you tell them you are going to grill. I said random beef/calf parts because that's what he said we needed, plus more sausages. The cheese was fricking epic. Hard outside, gooey middle with these fiery green olives. The crazy cheese Absolutely my new favorite thing. The veggie store/grocery guy insisted that we needed it once he heard we were grilling.

Have a good time dude. Most of what passes for cheese on this side of the pond is not in the same league as what you are encountering.
