Keeping a good temp between 250 and 300 for my tenderloin. Can't wait to taste.

lump or briquettes
cotton balls and isopropyl 91%
slow n sear plus

Will do. Internal is about 138. Little bit longer

Looks damn tasty. I'm fixing to do my first smoke here ASAP myself. Longest cook I've done on my kettle is ~2 hours to date.
