That is a great looking pie. Is that a cast iron pan you are using? The standard lid or a Kettle Pizza attachment?

Thanks. I can post a few pics of my setup later on. I just use bricks to direct my coals, bricks to raise the pizza stone and then a regular 12" pizza pan on top of the stone. Also a couple good size chunks of hardwood. I also use a brick to prop the lid open for maximum heat and airflow.
