Grazie, Grazie, Grazie!!!!
I've been waiting all day for this thread. Looks amazing, I'm sure it tasted just as good. Especially the head
Love the setup on the RK
What size pig was it and how long did you cook it for?
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers

Thanks to you Hogsy...the setup it's everything for a good results, also I love it! The result was amazing, juicy, crisp and tasty...the head was the best part of the pork expecially the cheeks!
We cooked the pork for 5 hours at 330F (170 C) and one hour at 500F (260 C).
The pig was 50 inch (125 cm) and 64 lb (29 kg)

Wow 29kgs!!! That's huge. I'm a big fan of the head, last one we cooked , no one wanted to eat it so I had the whole head  to myself👍

I love the inox pit barrel.
Actually, I love the whole thread. The pig presented right on the cooking grate is pretty awesome too!
