WOK Throwdown
« on: June 17, 2014, 06:15:48 PM »

C'mon buckie, have you tried it yet?

Garlic and onion browned in a little oil, added the carrots, broccoli and soy sauce...

Added the green beans (yup, just frozen ones), I remembered them this time   ;D  ...

And the chicken (grilled and shredded), and more soy sauce...

Looking good?

A couple cans of chicken broth and the rice sticks (I got the rice sticks and the pizza stone for Father's Day  8) )

Mix it up...

Ready to serve...

My (little bit) Italian heritage making Filipino Pancit in my Mexican Cantina    :o

It's on...

Dude, relax your chicken.

"Once Tasted Ever Wanted!!!!!!!"  Say what?  LOL.  Same brand my Pops picks up.
Nice cook, Dazzo.  I only have the cast iron wok but I'm going to cook some noodles soon.  Pancit, Pad Thai, Chapchae, Chow Mein, etc....they're all going to get done!

Man your killing me.  Now I want to go out and buy a wok for my kettle and make something like you just made up.  Looks so damn good.

Most excellent cook!! Is the wok right on the top grate?

Thanks!

It's actually an original Weber wok sitting on a Weber kettle gasser. Works great as a wok burner.
Dude, relax your chicken.

I cooked up some fajitas last night on my wok. Nothing like cooking Mexican food, Chinese style.  I use the only functional part of my old crappy gasser.....the side burner. Works great as a burner for the wok.
