Hamburger steaks tonight... supposed to be a cheap dinner.. ground chuck $7.99/lb at Publix!  Good stuff though...

Their ground chuck is probably the best I've found.... Sometimes it's on sale for $4.99/lb and I load up on it.  But there's something about buying fresh from the store and cooking right away that I don't get with vac seal/frozen.  I think it tends to get compacted which changes the whole burger.  These were so tender and juicy.... worth the splurge!

We had a big family bbq planned but the wife's fallen ill, so had to cancel. A lot of meat going in the freezer but my kids were keen to still have a burger and some honey chilli pork belly so fired up the SJ. Stainless dish raised slightly over the coals and under the grate for the pork

@bama, Looks good. Grate little grill! Got one after they first came out. Usually just cooking for my wife and myself, so the perfect size. And I got the griddle attachment, so half grate and half griddle.
