Tatonka Dust Tri-Tip nachos.
Did the tri-tip on the GA with Cast Iron grates. Chopped up and sprinkled with some lime juice, then added to the nacho chips.
Sorry no prep or cooking pics, was in a hurry as the cricket was on.

Looks great! Do I see some peppers in there? Jalapeņos? Do you get fresh cilantro there? (Maybe called coriander, it's the fresh leafy version of that spice.) That would go good on those.
