Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Perfect grill marks too!  What’s in those stuffed mushrooms?

My daughter normally makes incredible stuffed mushrooms. These particular ones she bought at the grocery store frozen. They were barely edible unfortunately.  I’m not sure of her recipe but I know cheese and garlic are involved

The sweet and sour peppers and onions was based on a Gordon Ramsey recipe. Basically you sauté some sweet peppers and onions then simmer in some red wine vinegar and a pinch of sugar and add some fresh basil at the end.
