Nice easy cook while taking some free time on Saturday after running errands.  We weren't planning on this for dinner - steaks on the 18" were the plan so there was no time crunch to get through the shoulder cook.  I highly recommend this for a stress free day without so much clock watching.  Used a new local rub called Grill & Smoke and topped with Meat Church Honey Hog - mustard as a binder.  Target 275F using the Signals/Billows which did a great job of holding temps paired with a SNS Deluxe and DNG.  Had to refill the SNS once with Jealous Devil XL lump and used B&B Cherry chunks for smoke.  (love this stuff BTW)  Snacked on some of this with Alabama white sauce Sunday before the baseball game and had chopped pork quesadillas when we got home.  This was some of the best pulled pork I've made.  Looking forward to lunch today!

Thanks Matt!  Truthfully, that performer would be able to cook most anything I cook outdoors.  There's always that question - If you could have only one or two.... It would definitely be on my list along with the Summit and my Glen Blue 26".  Oh and my Aristocrat and my yellow 18" and my red Genesis and..... Geez, is there a cure for this?? . I don't think I could pick just 12 to keep really......

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
