Chopped steaks on the Summit.... Used grill grates and the flavors were really good.  Low carb sides were Kellee's Mushroom Cauliflower skillet and.... Nothing!  Low carb lol....

My oldest (15) came home from the hospital today (teenage mental health is a b!tch)!  They wanted burgers and fries (I added the veggies).  Smoked/reverse seared the burgers (hickory and burnt finger steakhouse) (pic is pre-sear). Added some spiceology Korean bbq rub to the broccoli.  Yummy combo, but a little too much kick for my wife.  "Fries" were in the oven so not in the pic.

I feel your pain. My oldest daughter had a few mental health issues at about the same age. I will say she's doing fine now and enrolled in college. I still worry about her, as all parents do.

Yes, I will chop up the bacon and add it. I had a little leftover pulled pork I was going to add. But I forgot to take it out of the freezer :/
